About
our Agency
The
Patterson-McKenna Agency, Inc., an independent insurance
agency, dates its origins back to 1898 with the establishment
of E.V. Patterson & Sons, a local real estate and insurance
business located in Spring Lake, NJ. In 1973, G. Wayne Patterson
purchased the insurance portion of E.V. Patterson & Sons
and relocated the operation to Brielle. In 1978, Wayne Patterson
and Robert F. McKenna formed the Patterson-McKenna Agency,
Inc. and in January, 1979 relocated the agency to Spring
Lake.
After 22 years in Spring Lake, as result of our growth and expansion, PMA relocated
to new, modern, expanded facilities at 1715 Highway 34, Wall, NJ. These new offices
provide the agency not only with improved accessibility for our clients, and
room for future expansion needs but also improved productivity and efficiencies,
all of which benefit our valued clients and prospects. Additionally, it contributes
to our continued goals of controlled growth and agency development making it
possible for us to say "We want your business and we are here to stay!"

is often said that the mark of any organization is its people
and at PMA we couldn’t be prouder of our staff, in
particular, their experience, loyalty and professionalism.

Our Experience
The PMA staff has more than 400 years of
combined insurance industry experience;
that’s an average of 17 years per employee.
Our Loyalty
The total staff tenure with PMA is more than 250 years. That's
an average of over 10 years per person. And much of our staff has been with the
agency for 15 or more years.
Our Professionalism
Every insurance service employee in our
agency is fully licensed. As
such, all employees participate on a regular basis in continuing
education programs as well as a wide variety of industry education
seminars.
The Patterson-McKenna Agency, Inc. is member of both the Professional Insurance
Agents (PIA) and the Independents Insurance Agents of America (IIAA). Additionally,
